Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Assistant Press Operator fluent in Spanish for a Nashville, TN area company. The role runs Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am, supporting press operators and ensuring quality and efficiency in packaging and shipment preparation.

Responsibilities include inspecting garments, tagging and folding, and meeting daily production goals. Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Assistant Press Operators who are fluent in Spanish for a company based in Nashville, TN.

Pay Rate

$16.50– $17.00per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 430pm to 100am.

• Duties include catching shirts as they come off the press, inspecting forquality, tagging folding, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Inspect garments for print quality and defects.
• Tag, fold, and package finished products.

• Help meet daily production goals and deadlines.
