Randstad USA is seeking an Assembly Supervisor at our Smyrna, Tennessee production facility. You will lead 40-50 production associates, guiding safety, quality, and productivity to top-tier results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This direct-hire opportunity offers full benefits and PTO. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, process improvement, talent development, and delivering operational metrics through Kaizen and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
• Proven ability to coach and develop multiple team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations within the Press Department across multiple shifts.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and associates.
• Drive KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Set production goals, monitor efficiency, reduce scrap, and track metrics.
• Identify safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to hit objectives.
• Evaluate leadership performance and provide training opportunities.
• Present updates and initiatives to senior leadership.
• Foster safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about driving operational excellence? We are seeking an Assembly Supervisor to join our production facility in Smyrna, TN. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 40-50 production associates, guiding them to achieve top-tier results in safety, quality, and productivity. Shifts Available:

• Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead all operationswithin the PressDepartment across multipleshifts.
• Develop, coach, andmentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and production associates.
• Drive departmental performancethrough KPI managementand continuous improvementinitiatives, includingKaizen and otherlean manufacturing practices.
• Establish and monitorproduction goals, efficiencytargets, scrap reductioninitiatives, SPM, andother key operationalmetrics.
• Identify safety concerns, production challenges,and delivery riskswhile implementing effectivecorrective actions.
• Collaborate with seniorleadership, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance,and other cross-functional teams toachieve operational objectives.
• Evaluate leadership performanceand identify trainingand professional developmentopportunities.
• Prepare and presentoperational updates, performancemetrics, and improvementinitiatives to seniorleadership.
• Foster a culturecentered on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuousimprovement.
