Busy Bees in Laveen, AZ is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Teacher to support teachers and families in providing a nurturing, home-like environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. You will align activities with NAC and AZ Early Learning Standards to promote growth and learning.

You will partner with families, maintain safety, and communicate progress while contributing to a positive team culture and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Able to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAC standards & AZ Early Learning Standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment that supports growth and exploration.
• Partner with families to plan best care and education for their children.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
