Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or related field.
• Strong classroom management and communication with parents.
• Familiarity with LEAP curriculum or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to drive learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities and milestones.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster collaboration.
