EWI Recruitment seeks an Assistant Preconstruction Manager – Heavy Civil to support planning, development and submission of tenders for major infrastructure projects in the US. This role suits a commercially aware, highly organized construction professional looking to advance within a collaborative preconstruction environment.

You will coordinate bid activity from opportunity through handover, work with estimators, design teams, planners and subcontractors, and help develop robust, deliverable

Qualificações

• Experience in preconstruction, estimating, bid management or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and contract documentation.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation, coordination and submission of tenders and prequalification questionnaires.
• Review client requirements, drawings and pricing docs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support development of construction methodologies, programmes and execution strategies.
• Coordinate information from design consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Obtain and assess quotations, ensuring scope coverage and commercial compliance.
• Maintain tender trackers and document control systems.
• Contribute to value engineering, risk assessments and clarification schedules.
• Assist with presentations and handover of bids to delivery teams.
