The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and possess excellent financial analysis and project coordination skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or asset management preferred.
• Experience with medical office buildings or healthcare facilities is a plus.

• Strong financial analysis, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management platforms (e.g., Yards, Argus) preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Portfolio Manager in overseeing operations for medical office buildings.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including occupancy and tenant retention.
• Assist in preparation of annual operating budgets and financial reports.
• Coordinate with property management teams to deliver excellent service.
• Track income, operating expenses, tenant reimbursements, and support financial forecasting.
• Administer leases, including renewals, amendments, and tenant onboarding; maintain critical lease documentation and key dates.
• Coordinate with leasing and project management teams on new leases, expansions, and tenant improvement projects.
• Support tenant relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospital systems, responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues.
• Assist in planning and tracking capital improvement projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports and maintain data in property management systems.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, regulatory, and safety requirements across the portfolio.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as requested.
