Job summary

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager and project team across all phases of ground-up multifamily construction in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage documentation, and help keep projects on schedule from mobilization through closeout.

Ideal candidates have experience in multifamily construction and familiarity with Procore or similar CM software, plus strong organizational skills and a drive to advance into a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily construction environments preferred.
• Equivalency considered for degree.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and overall coordination.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and material tracking.
• Help prepare and track change orders and pay applications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and officials as needed.
• Support safety quality on site and documentation.
• Assist with closeout documentation and warranties.
• Maintain accurate project records throughout lifecycle.
