Job summary

DFM Development Services, LLC in Reston, VA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our dry utility coordination team on current and potential projects. This exempt, full-time role offers remote flexibility and a path for growth within a dynamic multi-disciplinary consulting operation.

You will assist with utility record requests, site visits, and preparing service packages while developing knowledge of utility processes and client development types.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
• Excellent business writing and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks set by Supervisor with respect to both currently and potentially awarded projects.
• Submit utility record requests and damage protection locate requests; conduct supervised site visits and assessments; submit service request packages to utility providers; compile meeting minutes.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with utility providers and their contractors.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with DFM/Muller team members.
