Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management team. You will assist in planning, budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations across commercial interiors and healthcare projects.

You will own the RFI and submittal processes, participate in cost control, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with superintendents and project managers through site visits. We value collaboration, safety, and an ability to thrive in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Background in construction trades and technical knowledge a plus.
• Completion of basic budget training.
• Strong computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Role model professionally for interns and project team members.
• Own the RFI process and submittal process.
• Participate in creating accurate budgets and bids.
• Understand project cost controls and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendent and project manager; site visits to monitor progress.
• Ensure timely distribution of drawings, submittals and punchlists to maintain schedule.
• Support closeout package development and leverage Clune systems for efficiency.
