Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager in Chester Springs, PA to lead and optimize all site-level manufacturing operations in a precision fabrication environment.

You will drive OEE, safety, throughput, and cost control while overseeing laser cutting, stamping, and wire forming processes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication, with strong CAD/CAM and laser programming expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in fabrication, machine shop, or metal manufacturing environment.
• Advanced technical knowledge of fiber laser cutting systems and CAD/CAM programming.
• Strong understanding of nesting software optimization, CNC code interpretation, stamping press operations and die setup, wire forming/bending processes, and sheet metal fabrication best practices.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) for KPI tracking and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all site-level manufacturing operations in a precision fabrication environment.
• Drive operational excellence focusing on OEE, safety, throughput, and cost control.
• Collaborate with Engineering for CAD/CAM integration and program validation prior to production release.
• Partner with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement in process efficiency.
