Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management position.
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques.
• Strong production management and manufacturing operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Manager with daily operational oversight to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Apply Lean principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with operations to enhance workflows and standardize best practices.
• Prepare reports and communicate updates using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Assist with planning and coordination of manufacturing processes to support logistics objectives.
• Contribute to a safe, organized work environment by following procedures.
• Provide analytical support including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align production schedules with business needs.
