Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar operational environment.
• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of raw materials from receipt to finished product.
• Maintain hourly production schedules and ensure on-time execution.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to high safety and quality standards.
• Supervise maintenance and production personnel and related equipment/buildings.
• Maintain upkeep of maintenance records and compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Investigate accidents and report findings to the Plant Safety Committee.
• Other duties as assigned.
