The Preserve Golf Club in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf shop operations, sales, and guest services. The role includes instruction, event coordination, and merchandising support within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications include an AA degree or 6–12 months of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a POS system, and tee time software; PGA PGM 3.0/3.1 or PGA/LPGA membership is preferred.

Mansioni

• Administers POS revisions for green fee sales, merchandise, and member/guest billing.
• Reconciles daily tee sheets, check-ins, and payments; resolves discrepancies.
• Initiates and promotes club golf activities.
• Creates lesson plans and provides individual and group instruction.
• Maintains a clean golf shop and assists with merchandising and procurement.
• Supervises preparation for golf outings, including scorecards and pairing sheets.
• Monitors handicaps and bills members; assists management with staff supervision.
