Job description

Klick Lewis Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our fast-paced Parts and Service Department in Palmyra, PA. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive, team-oriented dealership that’s been serving the community for over 60 years. Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers in person, via phone, and by email to accurately fulfill parts needs

• Forecast inventory demands and place timely orders to maintain optimal stock levels

• Monitor and manage parts inventory, including warranty and core return parts

• Accurately price parts to ensure profitability

• Utilize the Dealer Management System for tracking, selling, and inventorying parts

• Perform day-to-day department duties such as checking in stock, organizing bins, conducting physical counts, and creating special orders

• Maintain a professional image while delivering outstanding customer service

• Communicate effectively with team members and management about inventory needs, vehicle repairs, and customer concerns

• Follow all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dealership environment

• Proficient computer and phone skills

• Strong math and problem-solving abilities

• Solid knowledge of dealership operations, service departments, and parts processes

• Attention to accuracy, accountability, and customer satisfaction
