The Assistant Zone Manager Parts & Service Operations supports the Zone Parts & Service Manager in activities aimed at improving Customer Satisfaction with focus on Convenience and Customer Treatment, reducing oil change service time, enhancing service, parts, and accessory sales, and supporting Express Service & Accelerated Service initiatives. The AZM is primarily responsible for guiding, supporting, and setting performance expectations for the zone's DPSMs' daily activities, along with other assigned responsibilities, tasks, or projects.
