Job summary

Slick City Action Park in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager who loves staying active, smiling guests, and leading by example. You will help operate a showcase park, mentor team members, and grow brand awareness in the local community.

This part-time role requires supervisory experience, weekend availability, and a positive attitude. You’ll open/close the facility, supervise staff, ensure safety and service excellence, and contribute to a fun, high-energy guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Proven supervisory level experience.
• Conflict management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
• Relates well to customers of all ages.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile.
• Weekend availability.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Willingness to learn, be cheerful, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence.
• Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
• Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
• Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
• Work as a team with other management team members.
• Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
