Job summary

Spray-Net Fort Wayne is seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions starting immediately. The role involves assisting painters, ensuring quality and timely completion of spray jobs, and maintaining professional job sites.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, attention to detail, and be team players. An hourly rate of $18-20, with performance bonuses and additional benefits like uniforms, will be provided.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and/or vehicle.
• Complete online and on-site training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist painter to ensure the job is completed on time.
• Spray smaller items as necessary.
• Prepare surfaces for spraying.
• Maintain equipment and job site cleanliness.
• Learn and follow the Spray-Net methods.
