Job summary

SprayNet Boston Metro South is seeking a dependable painting technician to perform spray application using specialized equipment. You will prep surfaces, tape, sand, and carry out minor repairs to ensure flawless finishes.

You’ll maintain quality by keeping trucks and tools clean and professional, learn the Spray-Net method, and strive to delight customers. Full-time and part-time roles start July 13, 2026, with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in painting industry.

Spray application painting using specialized equipment

• Ensure surfaces properly prepared for paint
• Taping, sanding, minor repairs as needed
• Make sure equipment stays in top shape
• Make sure job site and trucks look professional

Qualifications / Requirements

• Language: English
• Complete our online and on-site training program
• 2+ years in painting industry
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to lift and move a ladder
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• Independent & self-motivated
