Job summary

Spray-Net Salt Lake City is seeking an on-site helper to assist painters, prepare surfaces, and spray smaller items with guidance. You will keep equipment in top condition, maintain a clean job site, and learn the Spray-Net way to deliver exceptional customer service.

You should be comfortable with heights, have a valid driver's license, and enjoy working in a team to make customers happy. Training is provided on-site and online.

Qualifications

• Must speak English and complete our online/on-site training program.
• Valid driver's license or own vehicle required.
• Pride in your work and attention to detail; team player mindset.
• Organized and able to manage ladders and equipment safely.
• Enjoy helping customers and making a strong first impression.

Responsibilities

• Assist painter to ensure jobs are done right and on time.
• Spray smaller items with guidance and experience.
• Prepare surfaces to be sprayed for quality results.
• Maintain equipment and keep trucks and site looking professional.
