Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis seeks a highly qualified Attorney to serve as Assistant/Associate General Counsel, providing legal advice across banking, corporate, and regulatory matters. You will draft agreements, conduct research, and support governance and SEC-related initiatives in a collaborative environment.
The role requires JD and Indiana bar admission, 3+ years (5 for Associate) of legal experience, and knowledge of commercial banking law.

The Assistant/Associate General Counsel provides legal advice and counsel on a wide variety of issues and works with the Bank's business units within an operating framework of confidentiality, privilege, and service excellence in order to seek pragmatic, effective and efficient solutions to the legal needs of the Bank’s business units to help achieve their goals. Hiring Range:
Assistant: $130,000 - $153,000, Associate: $144,000 - $170,000 Hiring ranges reflect the base salary that the Bank reasonably expects to pay for a given role and is not inclusive of annual incentive award opportunities, retirement benefits or the value of other health and welfare or other ancillary benefits. We consider many factors when determining base salaries such as individual background and experience, the competitive environment, education, particular skill set(s), and industry and institutional knowledge.
