This role focuses on leading the production floor, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality, timely projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, cabinet production, woodworking, construction, logistics, or operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities; attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• On-Time Project Completion: monitor progress, plan labeling, ensure customer-ready jobs two days prior.
• Installation Quality & Defect Prevention: inspect, identify issues, follow up on service, track improvements.
• Material Cost Control: monitor inventory, assist with planning, reduce waste, update records.
• Customer Experience: coordinate between production, installers, and office staff; ensure professional site ready.
• Fleet & Facility Management: maintain vehicles, shop organization, equipment inspections.
