What you will do:

• Set up and stage saws by scanning ticket barcodes into the computer.
• Determine how to set up/adjust guides on the saw to maintain build margins.
• Make manual adjustments as necessary to meet tolerances.
• Test door setup and barcode printer.
• Calibrate the trimsaw.
• Perform regular quality checks and measurements before and after door sizing.
• Verify the accuracy and legibility of jet mark prints.
• Perform TPM functions.
• Handle high-responsibility tasks, as incorrect operation can cause damaged products, financial impacts, or delays.
• Perform other tasks as required.

What you will need:

• Preferably one year of manufacturing experience.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Prior forklift operation experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Solid teamwork abilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Lockout/tagout certification (training provided on-site).
• Strong measurement calculation and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of all aspects of the trimsaw machine, including maintenance, blade changes, printer maintenance, order tracking, and quality specifications.
• Ability to operate computer-controlled trimsaw.
• High retention of information.
• Ability to perform quality and safety checks.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches and mallets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
