The role blends field operational oversight with long-range planning and cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineering, environmental, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mining, geology, civil eng, construction mgmt, environmental science) preferred.
• Experience in aggregate operations, surface mining, mine planning, permitting, and environmental compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Area Managers and Plant Superintendents with operational planning and execution.
• Assist with mine planning, reserve management, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with environmental, engineering, and regulatory teams to align plans with permits.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and asset utilization.
• Ensure safety and documentation standards across sites.
