Job summary

EXOS in New York, NY seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily operations of the corporate Fitness Center and Well-Being Lounge. You will partner with the General Manager to coordinate events, concierge services, scheduling, and service delivery, ensuring a premium guest experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 3+ years in operations or hospitality, and a track record of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of operations, hospitality, fitness, recreation, or program coordination experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service in a professional, high-touch environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Operations Manager in daily operation of the Fitness Center and Well-Being Lounge.
• Serve as operational leader and point of contact for day-to-day facility needs, ensuring systems, processes, and services run smoothly.
• Coordinate and execute group event requests, coordinating logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Oversee scheduling of concierge-supported services and staffing.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Oversee appointment management, cancellations, changes, and related communications.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development support for the Concierge team.
• Serve as Manager on Duty on Saturdays.
• Assist with onboarding, training, payroll-related tasks, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless programs and services.
• Track operational metrics, inventory, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Support facilities with inventory management and scheduling.
