Job summary

EXOS Community Services, LLC is seeking a capable operations supervisor to lead front desk and member services, while driving sales and maintaining a high-quality fitness facility. You will oversee performance metrics, budgets, and cross-functional collaborations with client teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in health and wellness management, with strong skills in report generation, data analysis, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health and wellness, club management or program management.
• Proficiency in report generation, systems and number evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with initiative.
• Detail focused, able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Desk Lead and ensure exceptional member experience.
• Oversee the Membership and Sales Manager to meet sales goals.
• Oversee facility maintenance of the fitness center for cleanliness and readiness.
• Directly oversee reporting of performance and operational metrics.
• Work with the GM to track monthly and annual goals per operating plan.
• Identify actionable data and track results for decisions.
• Participate in client meetings and strategic initiatives.
• Develop performance metrics and deliver reviews with teams.
• Maintain knowledge on all internal products and programs.
• Maintain client relationship and coordinate with client operations.
• Assist in managing internal/external systems and vendors.
• Assist in integration with client vendors as part of global strategy.
• Escalation point for Client Services Center and reps.
• Manage front desk budget, staffing, and service execution.
• Proactively identify problems and plan solutions.
