Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) seeks an Assistant Operations Manager for our auto cleaning services at the Philadelphia International Airport rental car facility. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure efficient vehicle turnover, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Qualified candidates will have prior management experience in a rental car or similar environment, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2 years of operational management experience or Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year experience.
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficient.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving history.
• Willing to undergo background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to maximize fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Meet production demands in a fast paced environment with quick vehicle turnaround.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and be proactive to needs.
• Hire, interview and create weekly labor schedules for the team.
• Track employee production and drive engagement.
• Manage incentive compensation and ensure production criteria are met.
• Mentor and coach staff to comply with policies and procedures.
• Complete required reporting within deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
