Assistant Operations Manager

Location: North Lake, TX

Division: Supply Chain Solutions division.

Salary

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 per year based on experience
• Retention Bonus Incentive: Up to $1,000.00 per quarter

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. expectation for managers is to be there 30min prior for shift change and stay 30min after for shift change.

Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
