Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years' relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 1+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) required.
• Logistics industry knowledge required.
• Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production.

We are immediately hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Romeoville, IL for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $75K
• Schedule: Mon – Fri 6pm – 3am

Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
