Position Summary: Oversee and participate in warehouse functions for wholesale distribution including receiving, inventory management, distribution, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Ensure all safety and loss prevention procedures are followed. This position is exempt.

Salary: Starting at $75K annually

Shift: 3rd Shift, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, oversee, and participate in warehouse operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
2. Supervise and assist with receiving, restocking, inventory control, order preparation, loading/unloading, shipping, and returns.
3. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff.
4. Ensure cycle counting and quality standards are met.
5. Complete administrative functions timely.
6. Maintain the physical facility for safety, loss prevention, and professional appearance.
7. Potentially back up delivery drivers.
8. Provide outstanding customer service.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling.
• Occasional lifting of products up to 80 pounds, including tires over 70 pounds.
• Use of protective equipment such as steel-toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, etc.
• Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, fumes from tires and car parts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of fleet management and logistics experience.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Business and financial acumen, material handling knowledge, strategic decision-making skills.
• Leadership abilities, organizational skills, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to project a positive image, operate warehouse equipment, lift up to 65 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass pre-employment drug test.
