DIVISION

U.S. AutoForce

POSITION SUMMARY

Oversee and participate in warehouse functions for wholesale distribution, including receiving, inventory management, distribution, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with all safety and loss prevention procedures.

This position is exempt.

Annual Salary starting at $75K

3RD Shift 10:00pm - 6:30am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Plan, oversee, and participate in warehouse operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
  2. Supervise and assist with receiving, restocking, inventory control, order preparation, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, shipping orders, and product returns.
  3. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate associates.
  4. Ensure cycle counting is performed regularly.
  5. Maintain work quality standards among warehouse staff.
  6. Complete administrative functions in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain physical facilities to ensure safety, prevent loss, and uphold a professional image.
  8. May be required to back up delivery drivers.
  9. Provide outstanding customer service.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Physical demands: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit; use hands; reach; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; talk; hear; taste; smell. Occasionally lift products up to 80 pounds, including tires over 70 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Protective equipment required: Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment provided except for boots.
  • Work environment: May be exposed to weather conditions; moderate noise level; fumes from tires, car parts, lubricants.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3 years of fleet management and logistics experience.
  • At least 3 years of warehouse experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Basic business and financial knowledge.
  • Ability to plan and execute to meet business metrics.
  • Knowledge of material handling and inventory documentation.
  • Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence through coaching, leadership, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-aware, open to feedback, committed to continuous improvement.
  • Respect for diverse perspectives and cultures.
  • Positive customer projection.
  • Proficient in applicable computer software.
  • Ability to lift 65 lbs frequently.
  • Qualified to operate warehouse equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
