Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Hicksville, NY is seeking an Assistant Operations Director to work alongside the Operations Director. You will supervise a 30+ person team, coach staff to Chick-fil-A standards, and help maintain a high-energy, guest-focused operation.

This hands-on role covers food quality, safety, inventory, labor, cleanliness, facility upkeep, customer service, and food cost control. You will lead with servant leadership and drive results through development and motivation.

This is an operationally hands-on position. As part of the daily management duties, Assistant Operations Directors are responsible for: food quality and safety, inventory, labor hours, cleanliness of the store, maintenance of the facility, customer service, and food cost control.
