Qualifications

  • Two to three years of professional experience in a dental practice.
  • Working knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and treatment coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Office Manager to maintain high-quality patient care and smooth office operations.
  • Communicate operational needs to the Office Manager in a timely and effective manner.

  • Lead daily morning huddles to align the team and document meeting notes.
  • Monitor and maintain consistent and efficient patient flow.
  • Track regional-specific point system and ensure staff engagement.

Aspire Surgical is seeking a skilled and dependableAssistant Office Manager to join our well-established specialty practice. Travel Requirement: Travel between Aspire Surgical locations in Draper, Heber City, Murray, Park City, Taylorsville, Sandy, and Lehi is required. Mileage for travel between offices is reimbursed; regular commute time and travel to/from an employee’s primary office are not reimbursable.

The Assistant Office Manager supports the Office Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflows. This role involves coordinating scheduling, patient flow, and staff communication, while also assisting with hiring, training, and leading the team. The Assistant Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining office organization and fostering team alignment through daily huddles and operational oversight .

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with the Office Manager tomaintainhigh-quality patient care and smooth office operations.

  • Assistin staff hiring, onboarding, and training in collaboration with the Office Manager.

  • Lead daily morning huddles to align the team and ensure readiness; document and report meeting notes to the Office Manager.
  • Monitor andmaintainconsistentand efficient patient flow throughout the office.
  • Maintain and track the regional-specific point system, ensuring staff compliance and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least two to three years of professional experience in a dental practice environment
  • Working knowledge of dental billing, insurance processes, and treatment coordination.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental,Eaglesoft) is strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability tomaintainprofessionalism, confidentiality, and a patient-first mindset.
