Job Summary

Meneses Law is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to assist with daily administrative operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will create a positive, efficient, and productive environment through overseeing all office administration duties. We seek someone dependable, able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and who can support organizational events and internal departments effectively.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  1. Assist with daily workflow, oversee the operation department, handle HR matters, supervise staff, and maintain office supplies.
  2. Guide interdepartmental teams to complete projects on time, accurately, and efficiently.
  3. Track operational milestones and manage unforeseen interruptions by realigning schedules and expectations.
  4. Collaborate with the Office Manager and Operations Director to assess and fill operational gaps.
  5. Design and maintain operational guides to ensure consistency.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  7. Perform other tasks necessary for daily operations.
Required Skills/Abilities
  1. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
  4. Proficient with technology and learning new software systems.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Leadership and motivational skills.
  7. Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  8. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  9. Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  10. Proficient with Microsoft Office and MacOS.
  11. Self-motivated and friendly.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Typing speed of 45 WPM or more.
Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP or MBA preferred.
  2. 1-3 years of procedures or operations experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50K – 55K
