Shodair Children’s Hospital is seeking a Day Shift Assistant Nurse Manager to support and guide nursing staff in providing safe, trauma-informed, high-quality care in Helena, MT. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role mentors staff, ensures compliance, and steps in to provide direct care when needed.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in Montana or a compact state, possess CPR certification, and have leadership experience within pediatric mental health care.

Qualifikationen

• RN with Montana or Compact state license (BSN preferred).
• CPR required; CPI/APS certification within 2 months of hire.
• At least 2 years with children/adolescents in a mental health setting preferred.
• Leadership, team lead, or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
