What You’ll Do

• Lead Admissions Staff – Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for a dedicated clinical admissions team.
• Guide Patient Flow – Oversee referrals, admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure timely, accurate, and patient-centered transitions.
• Ensure Clinical Excellence – Review documentation, assessments, and initial treatment plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Support High-Acuity Cases – Offer clinical guidance and escalation support for complex or urgent admissions.
• Drive Quality & Compliance – Participate in audits, monitor regulatory standards, and champion best practices.
• Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to optimize throughput and enhance patient experience.
• Champion Patient-Centered Care – Support families, uphold patient rights, and promote culturally responsive care.
