Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations in a high-acuity hospital setting. The role requires oversight of patient care services, staffing, and resource utilization to ensure safe, efficient clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of progressive management experience in acute care, FL RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BS in nursing or health related preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive management experience in acute health care setting.
• Knowledge of Florida Nurse Practice Act, Joint Commission and AACVPR/CMS requirements.
• Knowledge of infection control practices.
• Knowledge of quality improvement practices.
• Current BLS, ACLS, certification approved by the American Heart Association.
• FL RN License.

• The Nurse Manager is responsible for efficient day-to-day operations of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Job Summary

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
