Job summary

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Florida is seeking a results-driven Nurse Manager to lead patient care services and support the Director in daily operations. This role focuses on supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and optimizing resources to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive management experience in acute care, Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS, and knowledge of Florida Nurse Practice Act. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Full Time, Days

Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

This position requires knowledge of all aspects of patient care services work. The position is required to assist / support the Director by: supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities. The Nurse Manager is responsible for efficient day-to-day operations of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
