Role Overview:

Responsible for coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
• Develop and oversee departmental staffing, budgets, and respond to operational changes.
• Provide and supervise patient care, ensuring interventions meet patients' age and developmental needs, and document accordingly.
• Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Review staff hours, approve payroll, reconcile time cards, and manage staff communications and meetings.
• Determine staffing needs, assign nursing duties, manage overtime, and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years for RN with associate's; 5-10 years for bachelor's, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff productivity and operational goals.
