Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• RN license required
• 2-5 years of experience in a nurse leadership role
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hires, training, assignments and evaluations
• Oversees staffing and budgeting to meet departmental goals
• Delivers patient care according to plan and ages/needs
• Develops and implements collaborative plans of care
• Monitors payroll, time cards and staffing needs; communicates with team
• Ensures productivity and achievement of department goals
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices
