Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for a high-volume, Level One Trauma Center specializing in cardiac and surgical services. You will oversee patient care, staff management, and departmental operations in a fast-paced environment to maintain quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with an active RN license and 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in OR settings, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and active RN license required.
• 2-5 years of experience, with preferred experience in leadership roles and OR settings.
• Proven ability to manage personnel and coordinate complex patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations for 30 direct reports.
• Coordinate patient care, develop collaborative care plans, and ensure documentation compliance.
• Participate in staffing, budget development, and respond to operational changes to meet departmental goals.
• Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Lead communication efforts, manage payroll, and handle staff development activities.
