Within Labor and Delivery, the Assistant Nurse Manager Obsetrics will support a busy women’s services team delivering individualized care throughout childbirth and the immediate recovery period. This large hospital offers a welcoming community feel, combining broad clinical resources with the close relationships and personal connections of a collaborative nursing environment. The ANM Women's Services will help maintain high standards for maternal safety, patient experience, staff engagement, and efficient daily operations.

Reporting to nursing leadership, the Assistant Nurse Manager Obstetrics will receive support from experienced clinical and administrative leaders while providing oversight for staffing, workflow, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and team development. The ANM Women's Services will mentor friendly nurses, encourage evidence-based practice, coordinate care with physicians and advanced practice providers, and partner with a diverse team of healthcare professionals across nursing, anesthesia, neonatal care, pharmacy, social work, and other essential services.
