The Hire Source presents an opportunity for an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN to serve as Assistant Medical Director. This leadership role will shape a patient-centered maternity care model as it expands into Connecticut and New York.

Practice at a nationally recognized hospital affiliated with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, with state-of-the-art facilities and strong outcomes. Norwalk & Stamford, CT locations; Epic EMR; RVU-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in OB/GYN settings.
• Board-certified OB/GYN with leadership potential.
• Experience mentoring residents or staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with OB/GYNs and midwives.
• Support clinical operations, quality initiatives, and program development.

Your Role as Assistant Medical Director

In this influential leadership position, you will:

• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with OB/GYNs and midwives
• Support clinical operations, quality initiatives, and program development
• Participate in resident education and mentorship within the OB/GYN residency program
• Help shape the future growth and culture of an expanding maternity care model

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with shared call rotation
• Locations: Norwalk & Stamford, CT

• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus w/RVU incentives
