Job summary

UF Health in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager with supervision and clinical leadership on the unit.

The role includes assisting in hiring and firing, conducting evaluations, orienting new staff, leading performance improvement, and helping manage the department budget. The focus is on patient-centered care and excellent customer service on the unit.

Qualifications

• Required Education: ASN from an accredited University/College. BSN Preferred.
• Required Experience: 3-5 years Acute Care Required. Preferred Charge RN / Leadership experience.
• Required Certifications: RN License / Able to practice in the State of Florida; BLS from AHA or Red Cross.
