Qualifications

• Must be a graduate prepared for professional nursing practice.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing license in the U.S. or territory.
• Licensure in state where employed or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in leadership/management in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Supports Nurse Manager in operating the unit(s).
• Provide coverage for ANMs as needed and oversee staff development.
• Lead scheduling, evaluations input, and disciplinary considerations.
