Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
• Participate in developing staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring interventions meet patients' age and developmental needs, and document accordingly.
• Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communication; handle staffing needs, overtime, and performance reviews.
• Ensure departmental operational goals are met, monitor staff productivity, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 2+ years in leadership; preferred 5-10 years with supervisory experience.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN required.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Team lead or charge experience and surgical background are a plus.
