Ridgeview Institute Monroe in Monroe, GA is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer/Infection Control (ACNO) to lead nursing services and coordinate patient care. We are on the lookout for motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer/ Infection Control- Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
What we’re looking for:
A graduate of an appropriately accredited school of nursing, is licensed by the State to practice as a Registered Nurse and demonstrates an understanding of the principles of epidemiology and infectious disease in the hospital.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and experience with infection control preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations and all other state and federal regulatory standards

This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $ 93,000 - $110,000 annually + potential for quarterly and annual bonus.
