Ridgeview Institute Monroe in Monroe, GA is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer/Infection Control (ACNO) to lead nursing services and coordinate patient care. This full-time role requires RN licensure in Georgia, minimum three years of nursing experience, and strong knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards.

You will develop policies, review nursing programs, ensure manuals are current, and collaborate with the CEO, CMO, CNO, and clinical staff to uphold Ridgeview Institute

Qualifications

• Assist in developing, implement and revise policies and procedures within guidelines of medical staff bylaws and hospital rules.
• Review the progress, quality and effectiveness of nursing programs.
• Maintain current departmental manuals for Nursing Services.
• Minimum of three years’ RN experience; infection control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaboration with health team members.
• Coordinate with CEO/CMO/CNO and nursing staff on service delivery and standards.
• Ensure Nursing Services programs comply with regulatory standards and practices.
