Job summary

Baptist Health in Saint Augustine is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at the Freestanding ED location. This is a full-time day shift role focused on patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of nursing experience with medical-surgical and telemetry backgrounds, plus leadership or charge nurse experience and an RN license. BSN is preferred and BLS is essential.
