Qualifications

• BSN degree required; existing incumbents must obtain BSN within 3 years of this date
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit operations and supervise nursing and non-licensed staff
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient- and family-centered care
• Manage resources, payroll, and colleague schedules; monitor patient throughput
