Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to oversee clinical and operational activities on assigned shifts. You will support the director in planning, directing, and evaluating services, while coaching and mentoring staff to deliver patient-focused care.

The role requires a BSN, WA RN license, and BLS certification, with preferred acute care leadership and governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; BSN encouraged if already employed.
• Washington Registered Nurse license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical and operational activities on assigned shift using the nursing process.
• Provide managerial presence and guidance to clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
